LEARN TO SELL: It does not matter what you make or how good of a product it is, you will have to sell it.  You have to be a fan of what you are doing and know how to talk to people about it.

WHAT’S GOOD ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT: When you are selling to others, you have to know what is good about your products.  What makes them stand out.  This is what is going to make customers buy from you.

NEVER MET A PROBLEM SHE COULDN’T SOLVE: PJ explained that she will not quit until she figures out a solution to any problem that she is facing.  This probably sounds easier that it is.  But in agriculture you will have to figure out how to solve problems, one way or another.

BEST BUSINESS ADVICE THAT PJ JONAS HAS RECEIVED:

GROW SLOWLY: PJ has seen a lot of businesses lost because they grew too fast, but has not seen many lost because they grew to slow.  Growing fast can be very tempting, but growing slow allows you to keep out of debt and control as many variables as possible.
